You are welcome to browse, save favourites and share links to Daines Gallery. The images, text and design belong to Daines Gallery or to the members who shared them; please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

AI-generated images

The curated images on this site are AI-generated and are labelled as such. They do not depict real people, places at a real moment, or real events.

Accounts

You must give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the community guidelines.

Sharing your work

• You keep the rights to everything you upload.
• You give Daines Gallery a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, resize and display your uploads on this site, and in previews when people share links to them, until you delete them.
• You confirm you have the right to share each upload, and that its label (photograph, digital art or AI-generated) is accurate.
• Every upload is reviewed before it is published, and we may decline or remove any upload.

Prints

Print enquiries are not orders. Nothing is sold, charged or binding until we have agreed the details with you in writing.

Liability

We work to keep the site available and accurate but provide it as it is. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
